Vince is a seasoned and multi-disciplined strategist who drives the strategic vision for Watt International. He helps retailers position themselves for growth through integrated brand and business solutions. With deep agency and client-side experience, he applies a holistic approach to solving brand and business challenges, delivering measurable market results, and building
long-term brand equity.
Vince’s background spans market research, consumer insights, strategic planning, and business consulting. He has worked with leading national and global brands across the consumer-packaged goods, service, and retail sectors, helping organizations adapt, grow, and succeed in an evolving marketplace.
Peter oversees all creative output at Watt, providing direction and guidance to our retail environments, brand identity, packaging, graphic design, and retail marketing practices. An industry veteran with over 25 years of creative and design experience, Peter originally trained as an architect and started his career as an Art Director for international retailer Club Monaco. Peter has worked in traditional advertising, content marketing, and most recently at Meta for over a decade – working with clients and agencies to build engaging and breakthrough brand experiences.
With a broad range of category experience that spans CPG and E-Comm to fashion and luxury retail, Peter’s approach combines design and human insight to create compelling ecosystems that connect people with brands.
Since joining Watt in 2021, Brad has guided a wide range of clients across North America through the firm’s insights-driven approach to design, helping them unlock growth in grocery, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and fast-casual dining.
Brad is known for his transparent, collaborative style—clearly outlining how each project will unfold and providing thoughtful guidance at every stage of the process.
Before Watt, Brad founded and built a successful CPG business in Australia. He now draws on that entrepreneurial experience to bring a practical, results-oriented perspective to Watt’s grocery and CPG clients.
Alexa is a senior leader on Watt’s client management team, with over two decades of experience leading projects for major retailers across North and South America. She has led initiatives including developing Walmart’s Great Value and Equate brands, building an award-winning experiential retail format for Häagen-Dazs, and reimagining the brand experience for Vips, Mexico’s largest food service chain. Alexa has partnered with major retailers including Sobey’s, Longo’s, Meijer, Walgreens, Kroger, Hudson’s Bay, The NorthWest Company, Office Depot,
and Liverpool.
Fluent in four languages, Alexa focuses on delivering seamless, strategic client service, ensuring projects are executed on strategy, on time, and with measurable business results.
Donna leads Human Resources at Watt, guiding people practices that support the evolving needs of the business and its teams. She manages a broad range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and development to employee engagement, policy, and performance.
Donna focuses on creating a workplace environment that supports well-being, collaboration, and productivity, and continuously refines HR processes to meet the evolving expectations of today’s workforce. Her work plays a key role in building a strong, resilient team culture that enables Watt to deliver best-in-class work
for its clients.
Brian leads the Environmental Design practice at Watt, bringing extensive experience designing spaces across multiple continents and in virtually every retail format and category. His work spans sporting goods, food and supermarkets, pop-ups, apparel, housewares, jewellery, movie theatres, and restaurants.
A multi-award-winning designer, Brian has shaped major retail environments for brands such as Nike, Häagen-Dazs, Canadian Tire, and Longo’s. Known for embracing every design challenge, Brian’s approach combines cultural insight and strategic creativity to create retail environments that are both functional and visually impactful, driving strong business results for clients.
As Director Finance and Operations at Watt International, Rob brings strategic leadership and operational insight to one of the industry’s leading retail design and consultancy firms. With a focus on driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth, he plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategy with execution.
Rob oversees the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also leading cross-functional operational initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. Known for a collaborative leadership style and a data-driven approach, he ensures that finance is not just a support function—but a key driver of innovation and value creation across the business.
With 15+ years of experience spanning finance, operations, and business transformation, Rob has a proven track record of optimizing systems, streamlining processes, and delivering measurable results. He is passionate about fostering high-performing teams and building resilient, scalable business models in today’s rapidly evolving retail landscape.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
Liliana is a key member on Watt’s client management team, with extensive experience leading brand and retail projects across Latin America. She has helped major retailers such as Coppel, Nike, Innovasport, and Éxito realize the vision for their brand to better align with evolving shopper and consumer needs.
Liliana focuses on building strong client partnerships and translating opportunities into executable designs. She is passionate about using design thinking to create meaningful, results-driven retail experiences that deliver business impact and connect with customers in relevant and powerful ways.
Inder brings a unique combination of strategy, insights, and brand development expertise to Watt’s client programs. He specializes in leveraging research and insights to develop differentiated positioning for retail brands. Inder distills complex data from financial analysis, market research, and secondary sources into actionable insights and benchmarks that drive effective marketing, product,
and retail strategies.
With over a decade of agency experience across India and the Middle East, including award-winning work at DDB Dubai, Inder has a strong understanding of client and stakeholder needs. He encourages brands to think differently and prioritize customer-driven strategies, consistently delivering thoughtful,
results-focused solutions.
Alex is a Senior Graphic Designer at Watt, creating brand identities and visual communications that bring retail strategies to life. With over 15 years of experience in print and digital design, he has developed compelling creative solutions for brands such as Starbucks, Reebok, Bank of Montreal, Kraft, Molson, Pepsi, Melía Hotels, Fitzrovia, Cadillac Fairview, and Oxford Properties.
Alex’s multidisciplinary approach spans branding, packaging, signage, and visual merchandising. He brings concept-driven design to every project, shaped by international experience and diverse cultural influences. Known for his versatility and attention to detail, Alex helps clients express their brand through thoughtful, effective design that connects with customers in retail environments.
Jill leads client management and project rollouts across Watt’s packaging, retail design, and retail marketing initiatives. She has delivered successful projects for clients across North America such as Kroger, Price Chopper, Canadian Tire, The NorthWest Company, Cost.U.Less, Grace Foods, and Mark’s Work Wearhouse.
Known for executing complex projects with precision, Jill oversees all stages from initial design concepts to final production. Her background in advertising, packaging, and retail enables her to deliver high-quality, effective solutions that meet tight timelines and drive client success.
Sassan is a key member of Watt’s Environmental Design team, focused on developing consumer-centric retail and brand experiences. With over 8 years of experience in concept development and retail design, he has created innovative store environments for brands such as Telus, Koodo, and Public Mobile.
His work also includes contributions to branding and campaign initiatives for clients like SJ Republic Bank, Dollar Car Rental, Hertz, and Purolator. Sassan brings a design thinking approach to every challenge, creating spaces that resonate with end-users while supporting business and brand objectives.
Tim brings over 35 years of global experience to Watt’s Environmental Design team, with expertise in planning, technical drawing, 3D modeling, and computer animation. His work spans projects across North and South America, Scandinavia, Japan, Israel, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Tim has contributed to the design of major retail brands including Walmart USA, Canadian Tire, Food Basics, Longo’s, Giant Tiger, Carulla, The Brick, CIBC, Sobeys, RONA, Home Hardware, and Coop Sweden. He is committed to creating thoughtful, human-centered environments that enhance the retail experience and support business success. For Tim, great design makes everyday interactions with retail more pleasant, memorable, and commercially effective.
Akriti is a certified Registered Graphic Designer with 12+ years in the industry, designing visual identities, consumer packaging, advertising, and websites for leading brands as well as start-ups.
With a focus on brand design, she has provided design solutions for multiple clients from the FMCG, real estate, liquor, and automotive sectors supporting brands such as Nestle, MDM Developments, Labatt, and Volvo. Her work on CPG brand Organic Shastra was featured on the Packaging of the World website, and one of her greatest achievements was winning a special winner certificate at the Absolut India Bottle Design competition.
Akriti is a keen learner that stays up to date with the latest design trends.
She loves designing with typography and wants to expand her work in the world of sustainable packaging design.
As a Senior Graphic Designer on the graphics/communications team, she will be handling branding, packaging, and retail graphics for Watt’s clients.
Alec is an Environmental Designer at Watt International, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to the design of immersive retail environments. With a background in environmental design and a passion for spatial storytelling, Alec collaborates closely with clients to craft compelling brand experiences that resonate with consumers.
Prior to joining Watt International, Alec honed his skills in various design roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the design process from concept to execution. His experience encompasses a wide range of projects, including retail spaces, exhibitions, and experiential installations, where he has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Alec is passionate about exploring new design trends, traveling to gain cultural insights, and continuously expanding his knowledge to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving design landscape.
